First time using my own phone for GPS. New I hadn't measured the anti-clockwise direction, and this isn't accurate, as it includes climbing up the bank for a pit stop but doesn't include the bridge over the Altal river as I had clamber over on the pipe. 2 shits, neither big, after 2.1 and 5.76 kms. 4.59,5.21 (shit),4.46,4.45,4.46,5.42 (shit),4.49,4.53,6.14 (pipe walking),5.06 (my legs were very stiff after the pipe walking),4.49,7.14 (bakery),4.29. It went much better than I expected as my legs felt very tired. I popped into Ilona's on the way home as it's her birthday today and my legs were really stiff afterwards.
