I slept badly feeling my back etc. so was worried that I hadn't got over the cold, but because of my idea of doing the Nyerges 40 on Saturday I wanted to go today, plus I felt if I went today I would start slower and thus not dramatically shorten the run. Whether I was sensible to go today only time will tell. 2 shits after 7.29 and 10.04. Wore a running vest for the first time this year. I had forgotten that when I measured this route anti-clockwise it had come out longer. This time it was 13.08 kms. Set the alarm alarm for 6 again like yesterday but eventually got up nearer seven. 5.05 from the bakery. Realised one reason why the first km was so slow yesterday according to the phone - I start it and then I have fart around putting it in the bag and putting the bag on etc. Mind you I was very slow for my first km today - I looked on my watch when the phone spoke after 1 km. 5.21,6.05 (shit time), 5.58(shit time),4.37,4.27,4.33,4.37,4.45,4.58,4.56,05.00,07.04 (bakery),4.32
