2 shits after 9 and 20 minutes. I hadn't run since Friday because on Saturday whn I was doing my stretching exercises I hurt my knee and on Sunday I couldn't run at all. By yesterday it felt better but I wanted to play safe. Since last week my left back heel has started hurting and I actually wore a plaster at the beginning which of course came off. 5.02,4.34,8.05 (shit time),4.44,7.05 (shit time),5.16,5.49,6.56,6.33,5.36,5.31,5.10,4.37,4.49,4.39,4.49. I often stopped to look at my map and I did stop my phone then but of course I lost time every time.
