Well I'm very pleased with myself as I did the 20 km run which means I only have to do a 10 tomorrow to rteach my 50.
Left my car at the Tardos climbing car park and then did the next 15 kms of the Gerecse 50 which included Bánya-hegy and I then turned back and then continued on the blue path until I reached the blue triangle path at which point I turned lefta nd was soon back at the car. I did that last part as I was worried that otherwise it wouldn't be 20 kms.
It went well and I had no Ps which is unusual. Bánya-hegy is basically 2 kms and 210 metres of climbing. It was no problem apart from slipping a bit at the steepest point due to the mud.

So I wasn't busting a gut and apart from Bánya-hegy I never felt like walking.
