Great weather. 2 Ps which wasn't a surprise being as it was the 1st run since Sat and I had beans yesterday evening. Felt very heavy legged last week, went climbing, with Pasc, on Sunday, and come Monday I wasn't even capable of doing my stretching exercises which hadn't happened for a long time. I did do them yesterday but only later so was still tired. tried to set off running 2x but too tired. 4.41,4.54,4.45,4.52,4.47,4.40,4.32,16.ö av. Took it easy and ran well within myself.
