After maybe 3 1/2 hrs climbing with Bendeguz in Gesztes and "Kata" who just watched, I got out of Kata's car at a bus stop on the way back in Környebánya as, on the way there, I had measured 16 kms which was what I needed to do to get the 50 in for the week. 1 Ps just before the bike path and stopped once quite early on to take off my Nike jacket. Wind behind me.

Wow, I've just seen my av. when I did my 2 lap 66 mins and it was 4.39 and now 4.38 - not bad.
