Had wanted to do 18 but that wasn't today, then I thought 16 but finally, while running, it went down to 14 but then I took a wrong turn! Ran through Szomod to the start of the green path but then turned right up the hill and then left towards Kőpite but the 7 kms soon came up. As yet I don't know where I went wrong but it was early on on the downhill. 2 Ps.
4.29,4.41,4.44,05.10,5.45,6.46,6.28. The uphill was surprisingly hard but, as you can see by the times, not that hard, just that at that point I was running into a cold wind. I only wore to layers and my tracksters but I did wear my KLs. On the way back I soon took off one layer in the lovely sun but I fhe run had been longer I would have had to put it back on as my hands were getting cold.
