Wow! Look at this. Another 19 km run, and a new route which I had been wanting to do for a while. That part from the river to the motorway bridge I hadn't done for ages., maybe never since I started using Edzésonline. It was cold at the beginning and the biggest problem was I didn't need to stop for a shit at which time my hands would have got warmer. Did stop after 32.21 thinking I did need a shit, but no. Had to stop again after 41 mins due to a stupid dog and its stupid owner. AS the sun was out it got warmer and it had reached zero by the time I had finished. Took my gloves and then later put just my left glove back on, but later I took that off again. Lots of runners, esp. round the OL. AS at 3.00 a.m. it was -8.0, the ground was hard in stark contrast to 2 days ago, and obviously facilitating running. Woke early this morning, soon after 5.00, but decided to be lazy, and ended up getting up after 8.00. This was a good decision from 2 points of view. First of all it's obvious that if my body is Relaxed when I get up and I have time, I can go to the tiolet no problem, which is why I didn't need a shit while running.
