Realised one problem today. You can't show the wind direction on this website. The wind direction has completely changed and is coming from the south (I think - I will check later) I decided I would do what I have been wanting to do for ages, and that is to be strong and go back to my running direction depending on the date. Of course I was lucky as today is an odd day, but it does mean I have to do this all the time from now on, otherwise it will mean I have cheated. It was -3.6 in the middle of the night, and when I got up at 06.49 I was surprised how cold it was outside. Anyway it is warming up very quickly and by the time I came back it +6.8, and I was too warm in my Adidas top. Only(!!) 2 shits, 7.21 and 26.31, maybe because I had a shit at hiome yesterda afternoon, something unusual for me. I arrived atv the bakery at 53.54, so had a target to reach - under 59 - easily did it with a 4.49 home. This is my PB for this route.
