Edzésleírás
Yesterday I did absolutely nothing, no exercises, nothing. That was the bad as I had planned to go running and now I have to go tomorrow after today, although, of course, it was always my plan to go tomorrow, so I have to look upon today's run, as a substitute for yesterday. The good thing about the absolute rest yesterday was that I was up before 06.00 this morning. When I switched the heating on I immediately knew it was warmer this morning which, now I come to think of it, was especially significant as I got up substantially earlier than normal. It was so warm that the heating switched off. At the moment it's not a good idea to have a shit at home - the toilet's blocked. I don't know whether it was because of this but, despite having three shits this morning (into newspaper) at home, I had to stop for 5 shits while running. The wind is still coming from the South so I was lucky again. For the first time this year I didn't wear my blue Adidas top, weraing my green Nike top instead along with a thin T-shirt, and after 23 minutes I took the jacket off.
